  Meet the Executive Publishing Team

 

                                   
     Mike Gribbin,  President

    Mike is a 26-year veteran of magazine publishing. He has managed ad sales for association, trade and consumer titles and has a distinguished record of building their advertising market share and their revenues. He acquired Executive Publishing in 1988. mgribbin@executivepublishing.com

 

 

                                  
     T. Michael Reier,  Account Manager

    Mike has 35 years of experience in advertising and publishing and has worked with Executive Publishing since 1989. He is a master of building relationships with his advertisers. He enjoys traveling to both trade shows and client sites. He was the co-winner of the Executive Publishing Employee of the Year Award for 2001, 2004 and 2007.

 

                                  
     Therese Draddy,  Account Manager

    Therese is in her 15th year of advertising sales, joining Executive Publishing in 1997. She is a bubbly, likeable professional who loves a challenging prospect. She was the Executive Publishing "Employee of the Year" in 2000 and past winner of the annual Executive Publishing Sales Contest.

         

                                  

     Dan McClure,  Account Manager

    Dan joined Executive Publishing in 2005 and has a solid entrepreneurial background from owning his own business for the past 18 years.  Dan has extensive sales and marketing experience coupled with a strong technology background. 

 

                                  
     Kim Daniele,  Account Manager

    Kim joined Executive Publishing in 2008.  He brings 6 years of sales experience with him and a background that covers a wide range of selling and managing.  He is a proud alum of the University of Maryland where he received a degree in Communications. 

  

                                  
     Katie Gribbin,  Account Manager

    Katie joined the firm in 2004. She specializes in sales for Annual Buying Guides in several industries, as well as print, online and trade show exhibit sales. She is also a key contributor to overall office support.

 

                                  
     Molly Deise,  Account Manager

    Molly joined Executive Publishing in 1996. Known for her efficiency and wonderful personality, Molly is the glue of the Executive Publishing team. She serves as sales executive for exhibit sales for trade shows and also for special annual Buying Guides and online offerings. Molly was the Employee of the Year in 2006.

 

                                               
     Tim O'Connell,  Communications Manager

    Tim has been with Executive Publishing since 1989 and is our IT manager. Tim also manages the production of monthly mail, fax and email promotional pieces for each issue of each magazine and coordinates special projects such as media kits and buying guides for a number of clients. Tim also manages the webinar programs for several clients. The senior member of the Executive Publishing team, Tim was the company Employee of the Year in 1999 and 2005.  

 

                                  
     Linda Criss,  Information Manager

    Linda joined Executive Publishing in 1998. She manages all advertising contracts and issue closings using Executive Publishing's proprietary software system. Linda is admired by clients and staff members for her diligence and efficiency. Clients often admit Linda's records are more accurate than their own. She was co-winner of the Executive Publishing Employee of the Year Award for 2001.

 

                                  
     Debbie Adams,  Business Manager

    Debbie manages the company's business affairs. She holds an accounting degree from Loyola College of Baltimore. Prior to joining Executive Publishing in 1998, she spent 15 years as an in-house financial consultant with the insurance broker Alexander & Alexander. She is a savvy, detail-oriented financial expert.

 

                                  
     Caryn Sierakowski,  Office Manager

    Caryn joined Executive Publishing in 1999 and manages the busy offices of the company headquarters in Bel Air, Maryland. She efficiently maintains marketing materials, ensuring timely delivery of such materials, as well as oversees tracking of competitive publications. Caryn's strong organizational skills and diligent follow-up keep the office operating smoothly.
